Windshield:
– Made from a very unique blend of Poly Carbonate and few other ingredients to make it sturdy.
– Aerodynamic, tested in a Virtual Wind Tunnel at 288 KMPH speeds.
– Rounded and thickened edges to provide safety to the rider.
– Embossed Company Name and Logo.
– Extended windshield seat for better hold on the headlight curvature
Upgrades done:
– Introduced central Air Dam to reduce the drag and secondary wind turbulence.
– Reduced the overall weight by using lightest yet strongest Poly-carbonate out there.
– All new frontal mounting.
– Bottom half matte finished in order to avoid headlight reflection during night which can distract the rider.
– Reduced the depth of the windshield to reduce the wind buffeting, weight reduction and improved aesthetics.
– Improved clarity through the windshield
Note: 1) Please check the product size given in the pics. If you are very tall and don’t find the height adequate, then a windshield extender is needed to be used to further increase the height.
2) Always use a stream of running water to wash the surface. Avoid pressure wash, dry wiping or usage of chemicals to clean the shield and brackets.
Colors:
– Comes in 2 options. Full Clear, and Smoked (Not Opaque).

Cancellation Policy:
– No Cancellation/Refund/Returns allowed after the product gets shipped from Carbon Racing. We can cancel only if it is not already dispatched from our side.
– No color changes allowed as we normally ship on the same day or early next day. Please place the order for the right color and please take as much time as you need to finalize the color before placing the order.
Note:
1) We have designed the product based on the average Indian Height. If the height is not adequate, you may have to use a windshield extender. Height reference compared to Himalayan OEM windshield is available in the pics above.
2) Always use a stream of running water to wash the surface. Avoid pressure wash, dry wiping or usage of chemicals/fuels/oils to clean the shield and brackets.
3) Do not over tighten the screen bolts. Make sure the bolts are just tightened as much needed and not squeezing the rubber grommets supplied. If the bolts get over tightened, screen will crack from the bolt holes sometimes due to the stiffness due to which the fatigue induced. No windshields should be over tightened to keep it safe from cracking over time.
